Refund Policy
1. Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales are final—we do not offer refunds unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled.

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund, which will be processed automatically within 7 business days.

In the case of rescheduled events, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be granted if requested within 7days of the announcement.

Amoticks is not responsible for ticket resale issues or third-party ticket purchases.
2. Merchandise Refunds

We accept returns and refunds on merchandise only for defective or damaged items.

To request a refund, contact us atinfo@amoticks.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
3. Refund Processing
