Refund Policy

1. Ticket Refunds

  • All ticket sales are final—we do not offer refunds unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled.

  • If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund, which will be processed automatically within 7 business days.

  • In the case of rescheduled events, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be granted if requested within 7days of the announcement.

  • Amoticks is not responsible for ticket resale issues or third-party ticket purchases.

2. Merchandise Refunds

  • We accept returns and refunds on merchandise only for defective or damaged items.

  • To request a refund, contact us atinfo@amoticks.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
